  • Connected Interior Design is a four-evening interior design course for anyone who wants to explore interior design from a connected place. To learn how to connect and create a home or space to feel calmer, clearer, and more supportive.

Across 4 evenings in January & into February, we’ll explore how space affects the nervous system, how colour and light shape mood, and how intentional changes can bring greater wellbeing, balance & belonging into everyday living.

This isn’t about trends or perfection — it’s about learning new tools and ways to connect & read your space. To unlock your  confidence in responding with fun & care.

    No design experience needed

  • This workshop offers a slower, more grounded approach to vision boarding — one that moves beyond goals and aesthetics into clarity, feeling, and direction.

Through guided reflection, intuitive prompts, and creative exploration, you’ll create a vision board that reflects what you’re genuinely moving toward — not what you think you should want.

Rather than pushing or striving, this session helps you tune into what feels alive, supportive, and true at this point in your life.

No artistic experience is needed. This is a reflective, creative space designed to help you reconnect with your inner compass.

  • This workshop is designed for anyone who feels overwhelmed by design choices and wants clarity before making changes to their home.

You’ll learn how to create a mood board that captures the feeling of a space — using colour, texture, materials, light, and imagery — before committing to paint, furniture, or purchases.

Rather than copying trends, this session helps you translate intuition into a clear visual direction, so your design decisions feel confident, cohesive, and considered.

Perfect if you’re planning a refresh, renovation, or simply want to understand your space more deeply.

Connected Interior Design - What to expect

  • Our spaces quietly shape us every day — influencing our mood, energy, focus, and sense of ease.

Yet most of us were never taught how to truly read a space, or how to make changes that feel aligned rather than overwhelming.

Connected Interior Design is a four-evening interior design course taking place across January and February. It offers a calm, thoughtful approach to understanding space — blending interior design principles with emotional awareness, seasonal sensitivity, and lived experience.

This course isn’t about dramatic makeovers or rigid rules. It’s about learning to listen to your spaces, and responding in ways that support how you actually live.

  • Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

    • You're curious about design and creating spaces that are connected, balanced and create a sense of belonging

    • You’re sensitive to your environment and how it affects your energy

    • You want practical design insight without trends or pressure

    • You’re craving clarity, warmth, and ease in your spaces

    • You want to make changes gradually, intentionally, and sustainably

No design experience is needed — just curiosity and openness.

    • 4 evenings across January & February

    • Small group setting

    • Thoughtfully paced sessions

    • Reflection prompts and simple exercises included

  • This course is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your spaces whether its where you live or work.

Rather than fixing your space, you’ll begin a conversation with it — one rooted in care, awareness, and respect for where you are now.
