Interior Design

  • In my design process, I love blending colours, natural textures, local craftsmanship, and elements that tell each client’s story—pieces that reveal their journey, interests, and family heritage. The result is a layered, inviting space that feels lived-in and authentic, rather than overly curated or impersonal.

  • Designing a space is about more than aesthetics—it’s about creating environments that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Whether it’s a home, a workplace, or a healing space, my process focuses on listening deeply to the needs of the people and the purpose of the space. From calming sanctuaries to functional work areas or restorative breakout spaces, my designs balance functionality with warmth, fostering relaxation, connection, and inspiration. Through thoughtful details and a holistic approach, I craft spaces that uplift and empower those who live, work, and heal within them.

Energy Healing

  • This practice is what we commonly refer to as healing, letting go of any ideas of fears that we may have taken on at some point in our lives. Becoming aware of and building the life your heart desires is one of the most joyful ways to build trust in yourself and your own imagination and creativity again, while letting go of anything that no longer serves you

  • Energy awareness is the gentle, intuitive practice of tuning into the subtle energies that flow through and around us. It’s an understanding that we are deeply interconnected with our environment, emotions, and life experiences, all of which leave imprints on our energy field. By becoming aware of these energies, we can recognize where we may be holding onto patterns, emotions, or trauma that no longer serve us. Energy awareness allows us to honor our experiences, gently release blockages, and create space for healing, creativity, and joy to flow freely again. It is an invitation to reconnect with our intuition, to feel safe and supported in our body, and to embrace life with a greater sense of balance, clarity, and purpose. Through this awareness, we step into a deeper connection with ourselves, fostering growth and grounding as we navigate our unique path.
